When using the cloud phone service, our servers automatically collect and aggregate relevant information, including but not limited to:

- Your VMOS Cloud account information;

- Access IP addresses for network management and security protection;

- Device information such as operating system and browser type to optimize service compatibility;

- Cloud phone usage details, such as running applications and usage duration, to enhance your service experience.

(3) Customer Support

When contacting our customer support team via phone, email, or other communication channels, you may provide personal or account information for technical support or query resolution.

(4) App Push Services

To offer more personalized and timely notifications, our app may integrate third-party push services. This allows us to send device notifications about new content, promotions, and service updates.

When using push services, we may collect:

- Device identifiers (IMEI, IDFA, Android ID) to recognize your device and customize push content;

- App usage data, including launch frequency and duration, to optimize push effectiveness;

You can view account details like name and registered email via the personal settings interface, and edit information such as registered email, nickname, and password.

For security reasons, we don't allow users to view, modify, or delete data like login IP, operating system, and browser type.

When accessing our website, we may collect your IP address to diagnose server issues and manage the site. IP addresses are used solely for this purpose, and website access logs may be retained for six months.
