Generally, we cannot identify users of our software applications and services, meaning users remain anonymous to us. How VMOS Cloud Collects Information

When registering a VMOS Cloud account, we collect your registration information (including your name, registered phone number, and registered email) to record you as the owner of VMOS Cloud products. If you refuse to provide this registration information, we cannot provide you with the VMOS Cloud account registration service.

When you access our website or log in to the VMOS Cloud client, sufficient information is required to complete your operation, and our servers will automatically collect and aggregate information about your visit. Collected information may include VMOS Cloud account details, access IP address, operating system, browser type, etc.

3. Customer Support:

You may contact us via communication channels such as phone or email for technical support or product information, which may involve providing personal or account information.

We use this information for legitimate business purposes, including but not limited to:

Physical access is strictly controlled by our employees using video surveillance and other electronic means at perimeters and building entry points.

We also protect user privacy by minimizing sensitive data stored on servers. We seek appropriate contractual protections from our partners to ensure their handling of user data meets the required standards.
