This "VMOS Cloud Website and Related Service Terms" (hereinafter referred to as "VMOS Cloud platform," "we," or "us") is jointly formulated by the user (hereinafter referred to as "you" or "user") and VMOS Cloud platform. By accessing and using any services provided by VMOS Cloud platform, you signify that you have read, understood, and accepted all the terms and conditions outlined in this Service Agreement and our "Privacy Policy." If you disagree, please do not access VMOS Cloud platform or use VMOS Cloud's services.
1. Ownership Statement
VMOS Cloud owns the copyright to this software. All content related to this platform belongs to VMOS Cloud platform's intellectual property, including but not limited to: software code, textual expressions and their combinations, icons, graphic decorations, charts, color schemes, interface designs, layout frameworks, related data, printed materials, or electronic documents. VMOS Cloud platform holds intellectual property rights, which are protected by relevant laws and regulations. Any unauthorized modifications, distribution, rental, translation, segmentation, reverse compilation, or reverse engineering of this website's program, in whole or in part, constitute infringement. VMOS Cloud platform reserves the right to pursue legal action for such infringement.

2. Scope of Authorization
The VMOS Cloud platform authorizes users to use this website non-commercially and provides users with services such as downloading, usage, upgrades, and related data. Users may choose to access or use the website and enjoy maintenance and upgrade services provided by VMOS Cloud platform. Users may non-commercially copy and distribute this website. Commercial sales, copying, distribution, and other commercial activities are prohibited without prior written authorization and permission from VMOS Cloud platform. The specific scope of authorization is as follows:

2. Users may non-commercially copy and distribute the software, ensuring that each copy or distribution is complete and authentic, including all software, electronic documents, copyrights, trademarks, and this agreement related to the website product.
3. Website Usage Authorization
1. Guidelines for Website Use:
The website provided by VMOS Cloud platform is designed to help users create a mobile smart ecosystem for applications. It offers a virtual mobile phone software application and service cloud platform. Before using the website, users should carefully review the following:
(1) This website supports the remote control of mobile applications such as mobile games;
(2) Users must register an account to use the website. If registered users violate platform-related agreements, VMOS Cloud platform has the right to suspend or terminate their account usage rights;
(3) When using the website to view received text, images, or files online, users' terminal devices will incur corresponding data traffic fees charged by the operator;
(4) The website is only applicable to the operating systems officially supported by us. If users decide to stop using the software for any reason after installation, they can delete it using the removal methods provided by the operating systems.
2. Rules for Website Use:
Users must comply with laws and this agreement while using the website. The following actions are prohibited:
2.1 Users may not use the software to create, copy, publish, transmit, or store information that includes but is not limited to:
The information, data, apps, websites, etc., produced, commented on, published, or transmitted (including but not limited to private content uploaded or taken on the "VMOS Cloud platform") must adhere to the "seven bottom lines" of legality, socialist system, national interests, citizens' legitimate rights, public order, morality, and information authenticity. Otherwise, the company reserves the right to take corresponding actions. Users agree and promise not to create, copy, publish, or disseminate the following content:
(1) Opposing the basic principles established by the Constitution;
(2) Endangering national security and disclosing state secrets;
(3) Subverting state power, overthrowing the socialist system, inciting secession, or undermining national unity;
(4) Damaging national honor and interests;
(5) Promoting terrorism and extremism;
(6) Inciting ethnic hatred or discrimination, or undermining ethnic unity;
(7) Stirring up regional discrimination or hatred;
(8) Undermining national religious policies or promoting cults and feudal superstitions;
(9) Fabricating or spreading rumors, false information, disrupting economic and social order, or undermining social stability;
(10) Disseminating or spreading obscene, pornographic, gambling, violent, or terrorist content, or inciting crime;
(11) Endangering network security or engaging in activities harmful to national security, honor, or interests;
(12) Insulting or defaming others, or infringing upon their legitimate rights;
(13) Engaging in violent intimidation or threats, or conducting doxxing;
(14) Involving the privacy, personal information, or data of others;
(15) Spreading vulgar language, harming social ethics;
(16) Infringing upon the privacy, reputation, portrait rights, intellectual property rights, or other legitimate rights of others;
(17) Posting commercial advertisements, excessive marketing information, or spam;
(18) Using languages other than those commonly used on the website to comment;
(19) Posting irrelevant information unrelated to the commented content;
(20) Posting meaningless information or deliberately using character combinations to evade technical review;
(21) Violating minors' legitimate rights or harming their physical and mental health;
(22) Taking or recording others without permission, infringing upon their legitimate rights;
(23) Including content with high-risk, harmful performances that endanger the performer or others' physical and mental health, including but not limited to:
i. Any violent and/or self-harming content;
ii. Any content threatening life and health, using dangerous tools, or endangering oneself or others' personal and/or property rights;
iii. Encouraging or inducing others to participate in dangerous or illegal activities that may cause personal injury or death;
(24) Installing or using video, short video, or live-streaming apps or URLs on non-short-video customized cloud devices;
(25) Other content that violates laws, regulations, policies, public order, or morality, disrupts the "VMOS Cloud platform's" normal operations, or infringes on the legitimate rights of other users or third parties;
(26) Registering multiple accounts, creating numerous timed devices, and engaging in activities such as traffic manipulation, resource hijacking, or impacting third-party platforms;
(27) If detected engaging in the above behaviors, your account will be banned. VMOS Cloud platform reserves the right to handle your account and assets. No refunds will be provided for banned accounts or their assets. If you disagree with the ban, contact us within 5 days of the ban; otherwise, it is deemed no objection.

2.2 Users may not engage in the following behaviors:
Intentionally bypassing or destroying copyright protection measures;
Misleading or deceiving others;
Deleting, modifying, adding, or interfering with system functionalities in violation of national regulations, rendering the software unusable;
Disrupting normal software operations or spreading destructive programs like computer viruses;
Engaging in any behavior that endangers computer information network security.
3. Account Responsibility
(1) Users are fully responsible for the confidentiality of their account and password, as well as for all activities within the account. Losses caused by password leaks or username forgetfulness are borne by the user. If the account is misused or unauthorized, users must notify VMOS Cloud platform promptly. VMOS Cloud platform is not liable for losses before action is taken.
(2) VMOS Cloud platform has the right to request truthful information from users and restrict services for accounts violating service rules or providing false information.
4. For products accessed or used through non-designated channels, VMOS Cloud platform does not guarantee the absence of viruses, malware, or hackers, and assumes no liability for resulting losses.
5. The platform contains no malicious codes intended to destroy user devices or privacy.
6. VMOS Cloud platform reserves the right to freeze, suspend, terminate, or delete accounts and devices violating rules without refunds.
7. Users must compensate VMOS Cloud platform for losses, including legal fees.
8. Users must bear third-party losses. VMOS Cloud platform can claim compensation from users.
4. Third-Party Software or Services
Users agree to separate agreements for third-party software and services. VMOS Cloud platform is not responsible for disputes or losses arising from their use.
5. Eligibility and Acceptable Use
Users must meet age requirements and provide accurate registration information. Misuse or invalid accounts may lower security.
6. Legal and Dispute Resolution
Chinese law governs the agreement. Disputes are resolved amicably or in court where VMOS Cloud platform is located.
